Cancellation & Refund Policy No Refunds: All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued once a reservation has been made. Rescheduling: If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled visit, you may reschedule your booking for a later date (subject to availability). Weather Considerations: Our spa is open year-round, and rainy days often offer a unique, soothing experience. We have sheltered rest areas for you to stay cozy while enjoying the refreshing ambiance of the rain. Should you still wish to postpone due to inclement weather, you can reschedule—provided you give us the required 24 hours’ notice. Age Requirement: Guests must be 16 years of age or older to participate.
