Free Friday Morning Meditation and Chanting (8:00-8:45 AM)
Every Friday morning, we gather to practice guided meditation and chanting, followed by tea and conversation. This free weekly event is our way of giving back to the community and creating a space for mindfulness and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just curious, this is a judgment-free zone where everyone is welcome.
Retreats Designed for Togetherness
Our Nature’s Elements retreats aren’t just about relaxation—they’re about building bonds. From group breath work sessions to nature walks and wellness workshops, we design every moment to help participants connect with themselves, each other, and the environment.
Fire & Ice Nights
Our popular Fire & Ice Nights are a true testament to the power of community. Guests gather for a unique experience of alternating between the sauna and cold plunges, guided by breath work and surrounded by the warmth of others’ energy.
